  1. Personalized service: Our technicians will introduce themselves and include themselves in the video, so you can feel confident that your vehicle is in good hands.

  2. Thorough inspection: We'll take a look under the hood and inspect the entire engine compartment, as well as check fluid levels to ensure everything is topped up and ready to go. We'll also check all air filters, review tires, brakes, suspension, and undercarriage to identify any potential issues.

  3. Clear communication: Throughout the inspection process, our technicians will clearly communicate what they're reviewing and what they would recommend. We'll record everything on video and provide you with a detailed report so that you can make informed decisions about any repairs or maintenance that may be needed.

  4. Selling the green: We won't just focus on what needs to be fixed - we'll also discuss any items that are in good shape or that may not need to be addressed during the service visit. This approach helps to build trust with customers and ensures that you only pay for the services that are truly needed.

  5. Fast turnaround: We understand that time is of the essence when it comes to your vehicle, which is why we'll complete your Multi-Point Inspection report with video attachments and send it to you within the first quarter of the vehicle's expected Promise Time (starting at the time of vehicle drop-off). This way, you can quickly make decisions about any needed repairs or maintenance.
