Program Requirements
See if you qualify for the SmartPath Service Program.
1. Meet all technical requirements for optimal system performance.
2. Utilize the SmartPath approved online service scheduler and promote appointment scheduling with guests.
3. Maintain transparent pricing and concise service menu on the scheduler.
4. Greet guests on the service drive and utilize tablets to conduct vehicle walk- around inspections.
5. Complete a multi-point inspection with video and send to EVERY guest, regardless of inspection outcome.
6. Provide guests with an online payment option.
7. Communicate with guests via their preferred method - text, email or phone.
8. Review program analytics with team members on a weekly basis. Set benchmarks and revisit regularly.

By submitting a form, UpdatePromise will coordinate with your TMNA Field Representative to set up a meeting for your dealership to learn more about the program. You may also contact your TMNA Field Representative directly.

At the meeting, TMNA will discuss the full SmartPath Technical and Operation Requirements with you and your team.

After selecting UpdatePromise as your business partner, you will receive an agreement from TMNA to review and sign.

Once TMNA and UpdatePromise both receive the signed agreement, your dealership will be nominated for the SmartPath Service Program.

Post nomination and upon final qualification, UpdatePromise will extend a separate partnership agreement to begin the implementation process.

Requirements
Review the program's requirements and inquire when you're ready to get started. A SmartPath Service Specialist from UpdatePromise will reach out to discuss next steps and all of your options.
Consolidate
With UpdatePromise as your Toyota Business Partner, your dealership can consolidate most service tools into one (including expenses).
Qualification
If the program's requirements are met or can be met, your dealership may be selected by TMNA to qualify for the SmartPath Service Program.
Implementation
Toyota and UpdatePromise will reach out to extend a contract and begin your roll-out process.
